HAT Art Theater: 7 p.m. in Baker Center Ballroom, OU. (Doors open at 6:30.) The event begins with a hair show during which hairstyles from different regions, Africa, Western & Caribbean, Asia, will be modeled by women and men. In conjunction with the HAT, interested parties can sign up for a three-day training/consultation in hair braiding from May 12-14. This event is being put on by the Cares Network Initiative in collaboration with the Nigerian Community at OU and other groups.
