Clean your car for a good canine cause

A carwash is planned for this Thursday to raise money for the local group, The Friends of the Shelter Dogs.

The event,  “Carats for Canines,” takes place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in front of Cornwell Jewelers on North Court Street in Athens.
